In order to be entered into our prize draw survey, you must have:

  • completed your name and email address details on the survey form
  • answered ‘yes’ to the question ‘Do you want to be entered into a free prize draw to win a £250 Amazon voucher?’
  • completed the survey within 2 weeks of receiving it

You will be entered into the draw following your survey completion, and one winner will be selected at random on Wednesday 30th November 2022. The winner will then be contacted via email, and the voucher will be sent via email within one week of the draw.
